In 2010, Agecotel, for the second time, is hosting the 3rd Competition for the Francis Trocellier National Trophy, reserved solely for professionals of over 21 years of age.
The competition is for 6 girls studying cooking at a French hotel school and 6 experienced cooks.
The competition is organised by the Disciples Escoffier Pays Catalan & Occitan (Association pour la Transmission et la Modernité de la Cuisine) Benelux, Canada, United States, France, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Indian Ocean, Switzerland.
With the participation of Philippe Gardette, Chairman of the “Ordre Culinaire International” and the head of the competition, Gérard Oudin.
